Some simple things to do to achieve health would be to 

1) get plenty of sleep and fresh air while sleeping. Fresh air is free!

2) get up as soon as you wake up in the morning.

3) take a shower or bath every morning and then give yourself a good rubdown with a towel or do some dry brushing.

4) a good scalp massage makes your brain more active!

5) water is essential. Try to drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces each day.

6) eat breakfast everyday! It is an important meal!

7) eat lots of leafy green vegetables and fruit, but avoid overeating heavy foods.

8) regular daily eliminations are key to being healthy.

9) deep breathing a few times a day helps to oxygenate your cells. 

10) exercise every day to help with oxygenating your body and improving circulation.
